HP laptop screen is minimised think its to do with touch pad...

Need much more details, what exactly do you mean the screen is minimized? Windows is running but all programs are minimized and you can't get them to full screen? Why do you think it has to do with the touch pad? Did you try disabling it in the BIOS or in device manager or mouse properties in settings? Or just disconnect it from the laptop motherboard?
