Display Predator Helios 300

Hi I just got myself new acer predator Helios 300, I connected my mechine to an external monitor using HDMI cable, changed display to external only using Fn+f5, was watching a video and screen froze. Since than I am not able to get any display on the laptop as well as external screen. Laptops turns on and than restarts. Could hear the fans and everything but no display. Please help

Can you please pass on the SKU for your laptop? We'd also need to know the make and model of your external monitor. You should be able to see a small pin hole to press down on to temporarily remove the battery's connection to the laptop.

Press down on it for 30 seconds then try powering up the laptop.

Mate that worked for me thanks for the assist, pressing down and restored my display.
