Good morning,
I bought this HP Probook 6460b about 3 years ago. No problem so far, except the battery wich is really bad.
For about a month now, i am having problems with the display. For no apparent reason, or at least no recognized patterns, the screen gets fuzzy, blurred, looking like the lines are not working together. It usually disappear the same way it appears, but sometimes I need to close the laptop and reopen it to make this problem disappear.
the specification of the laptop are here:

but to resume, it is a i5 2410m processor, 4gb ram, and it runs on windows7 64bit.
It has no video card, but an intel HD graphic 3000 processor
This problem already appeared while the computer was under warranty. the screen has been changed, but the problem came back, and now of course the warranty has expired.
I wonder if the problem is harware.
I uploaded 2 pics of the same screen with or without the problem:
Thanks a lot for the help.
