i have 2 year warranty but i don't have accidental damage protection scheme...so this display problem is under accidental damage protection scheme or not... Guys please help me..
As far as I know if you're laptop was damaged that's inflicted by the user like dropping, spilling liquid, bumps and structural failures that's when Lenovo Accidental Damage takes effect. But if the problem is when your laptop won't display anything and has been identified that a replacement screen is needed I'm positive that they can do that and should be covered by the standard warranty.
