my "System Temperature Index" is 120 ° C ( 249 ° F) , it is normal ?

What tool have you used? Anyway, 120° C is way too much.
Is this a laptop or a desktop computer?
Have you tried to clean the dust out of the system? This may be the first thing you need to do.

I use "CPUID HWMonitor" to find this information in the "SYSTEM" section, it is so displayed "249 ° F", I have a desktop computer (Asus G11CB_G11C).
