DNS error in Broadband

hello guys,
my broadband isn't working properly.
whenever i open Google Chrome or IE, it says "Your DNS Server might be unavailable". I tried surfing on my desktop as well as laptop. I tried resetting the modem but problem remains same. I have no idea what is this. Now i m thinking of reinstalling the Windows.

reinstalling windows will not solve anything. What you need to do is to call your Internet Service Provider and ask them why is your internet connection broken.

but WiFi on my iPhone is working at the same time ..
