Do I get my AMD processor to properly fit the screen

So I recently changed monitors to a bigger, higher refresh rate monitor, but I can't seem to get the whole image to fit the screen (horizontally)

I have an AMD Radeon R7 controller Infront of me, and I'm able to get one side to fit it, but not everything. How do I rescale this?

what the new monitor resolution? what is the screen resolution set in the OS?
