Is there a website where i can enter my computer parts and it tells my how many watts i need for power? i heard pcpartpicker, is that good?

pcpartspicker gives you an estimate as for the total power of your build however you need a psu over whatever number it gives you

you can doublecheck this figure by using this one here http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp and making sure to put 100% in for load.

for example... if the numbers say 485w you could likely get away with a 500w however if you plan on overclocking or running the system hard i would highly suggest a 550w instead to give you a bit of headroom. if you plan on sli or crossfire then you need to size your psu accordingly.

i would suggest any tier 1, 2 or 2b from this list: http://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware/f/135081/t/45344.aspx
