Do i need to download java?

so im not much of a computer wiz so here is my question. I built my own computer 2 months ago. With Windows 7
64-bit. Now just recently I purchased Adobe CS5 and in one of the requirements it says Java Runtime 1.5(32bit) or 1.6. So my question is do i need to download java? or is it alredy installed in the MOBO or was it in one of the drives that came with my components? Or how do i find out if i have java?

If you did all your windows updates and then did all the optional software updates then you're set. right click the task bar open task manager if jusched is there (java update scheduler) then it's installed. if not, do a windows/microsoft update, custom, select the plus sign next to optional software and download.
