Do you know anything else except Chrome that can ignore intoning on search ?

I know that Google has hired all the smart guys but there's gotta be someone left out there.
Tried with Firefox Wordpad and Open office but no dice, they don't seem to be able to ignore intoning on search.
Any suggestions ?

No i'm not talking about speech i'm talking about intonation on written words.
English don't have intonation so probably that's why you are confused.

"Intonation" - do you mean about all umlauts, and diacritic marks on some latin-based alphabets (eg French, German)? I still can't get what you need.

The, use proper Google language' website (google.fr, google.es, etc), with proper keyboard, to enter diacritic searches.
Installing another keyboard is couple of clicks away, you'll need to label your keyboard so you know where these umlauts are.

I have "proper" keyboard i just don't know how to type proper. And what's more i don't want to learn neither.
Although my language has intonation i never use it.
That's why i am asking.
Why is Google the only smart company around to ignore intonation?
