Does anyone know how to remove this noise?

I didn't know this kind of noise existed until recently that I started hearing it through my headphones and my microphone. Is it some kind of Motherboard noise? Please someone help me 🙁

This noise can be heard from everywhere I put my headset into; the rear output from the motherboard and the front case output.
I have a SteelSeries USB sound card and this noise can also be picked from there. I recorded the sound from my microphone with Audacity (Whenever I record something the noise appears too).

Microphones: Samsung C01U, SteelSeries Siberia V2
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3
Processor: AMD FX-6100 Zambezi
Video Card: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6850
Memory: 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600MHz
Power Supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W

It can be any number of issues, but usually it's motherboard or PSU issues. Not much you can do about it, and testing requires access to spare parts.

Thanks. Sadly, I don't have a spare motherboard (I mean who usually does...) so I can't test it out...
Still will await for solutions 🙁
