Hi All:

Does anyone know where I can get a laptop that doesn't have an OS installed? I'm also looking for one with no cd drive. Requirements are at least 4GB memory and 200 GB storage. If anyone knows, please contact me at..[don't post your email on the forum]. Thank you. Carl

I dont know any specific models, but I do know that some systems will come with a Linux distro like Ubuntu installed, but im not sure if its any cheaper than the windows version. So there may be some out there.

Dell used to offer this option up front, and legally all vendors must. Aside from boutique builders such as Eurocom I can't think of any offhand that give you the option upfront of no OS.

I know of many, sagers come with no os unless requested. You could go with system 76 for linux.
