Does my HP laptop 15-cc123cl usb C port support display out? How to add 2 monitors?!

I have a HP Pavilion - 15-cc123cl. https/support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05722217 lists the port is a USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1. "thunderbolt" or "display port" or "alt mode" is not mentioned anywhere. Can i use a USB C to HDMI cable to add a 2nd monitor with this port? If not, a usb display adapter is needed, like this https/www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=6038 right? Amazon has some usb3 to hdmi, but bad reviews and fakespot grades. Thanks.

Hey Sam. Have you found a solution? I am having the same issue with the same laptop. Purchased two usb 3.1c adapters and no luck.
