My Galaxy S4 mini model# GT-19195i will not connect to my pc nor recognize any other devices using the USB OTG CONNECTIONS.
does Samsung Galaxy s4 mini GT-19095i support USB OTG connecting?

Unfortunately the Samsung Galaxy s4 mini does not support use of OTG connections.
That said, there is a video on youtube showing how a person used 'multiple' connections to make it work. The number of connections, etc., is a tad over the top, but should you wish to try, that seems like the only option.
