done everything. now 6 hrs later i have mess ssys no bootable device please restart system

I done the o down till toshiba came on. No choices would work except the toshiba clear hard disk. 6 hrs later i got mess from restore wizard. Now says no bootable device please restart system. How. Help

You've cleared the hard disk so there's no data on it, hence the "no bootable device" error.
