Download photos from a motorola i9 phone

Hello,
I am curious to know if there is a way to download photos from a motorola i9 cellphone???

There should be a USB cord that came with it that you can rig to your PC, which in turn should allow you to access the photos in the pictures folder via my computer, i.e. it should show up like a hard drive.
