Download won't work ssyf low storage space

My phone will not let me download anything it say low storage or insaficiant space my SD card has more then 75% left hdlp

That is because it downloads the apps/files to the internal storage. Move some things to the SD card, you can move programs that show the "Move to SD card" option as enabled.
