Downloading Microsoft Office 365 Issues

My Microsoft Office 365 is not downloading due drivers needing updated. Was told that my wifi network was contaminated and needed to be made secure. Then told it was $300 for one year. Doesn't sound legit.

It is the Office 365 Home Edition. The error only says that my key was approved, but there was an issue with my drivers and to call customer service. I called and the customer service person said my WiFi network is contaminated and that I needed to add security to my whole network at $300 a year. It felt like a fishing scheme so I said no, and she pretty mush hung up on me.

Office 365 does not cost $300/year, more like $100 or $70.

On top of that - it does not need any drivers to be installed.
