hi guys im having trouble with my battery. my battery drains overnight in my battery usage used only 2%. 1 % idle and 1% standby but it drained 20 percent overnight. pls help

Something must be running in the background on the phone, even if you aren't using it. Or, the battery could be in need of replacing. It is not uncommon for a battery to drain at odd rates when it is needs to be replaced.

Start, however, with checking what is running first. You may want to check for bad apps, viruses, malware, etc. Any of that can drain the battery. Then try turning the phone off and back on before you leave it for the night. If it doesn't drain after the restart, then something you use during the day is still active and draining it when you don't restart. You will have to figure out which app it is.

well I it happened when I factory reset my phone. even if there's no other apps in it, it drains really fast overnight. b4 I can use my phone for 2 to 3 day with wi-fi on 24/hours. using messenger playing games and stuff. but now I barely hang on to a day. it start a couple of days. right after the factory reset.

Well a factory reset usually tries to keep some of your personal stuff on the device. If that is the version you used, then if there was something unwanted on the device (malware, virus, etc.) that would not have removed it. A "Hard Reset", which will wipe all things from a device and restore it to its original state should remove anything like that. However, if the problem is a hardware issue, then even that won't help.

In that case it could be the battery needs replacing.

NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your phone, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the phone.

Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset.

To "Hard Reset" the phone...

1. Make sure that the phone is actually powered off.

2. Remove your SD card, if there is one in the device.

3. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

4. Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode".

5. Next use "Volume Down" button to get to the "wipe data/factory reset" option When in recovery mode the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" buttons are how to can navigate and highlight what option you need.

6. Once you have selected the "wipe data/factory reset", press the "Power" button to select that option.

7. On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected.

8. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the phone.

9. If you took your SD card out in step 2, when the device is up and running again, reinsert the SD card.
