I am coaching a football team and I was wondering what program(s) I could use to draw on the video that I take of the games.
I am looking for a program that works like you see on espn or something similar to it.

LongoMatch is a free program.

Hudl Sports - not sure how much it costs but a 30 day trial download is available.

Kinovea is another free one.
