Driver

It won't work. I just tried it. thanks. My laptop it windows 7. it's a 1545 inspiron 3.00 gb. and 64 bit operating system.
nothing seams to work. I want to root my phone.

Alright. Well, head to Dell's support site, select your model, and head to downloads. From there find the chipset download and install it. Doing so will reset the USB controllers, which in theory should get your phone working.

If you haven't tried already, you can pull the battery from the phone for 30 seconds, put it back in and then see if your laptop will pick it up.

Cancel the chipset idea, for now. Have a look at that link above, as from what I can tell you have install some kind of special USB driver. There is a link with audio instructions on how to do so in one of the threads.

Hello! I finally did it! I went out and bought a Micro SD card. I too the old Sd card out of my Virgin Mobile intercept, I plugged it into the Laptop put everything into a folder that was on the Sd card. I then took the Sd card out from my copmuter. Finally, when I plugged my phone in it pick the Android phone instantly!
