Droid Rezound is barely working.

My phone has been acting up a lot recently, and I really don't have the money to get a replacement.
Here's the problems
-It takes about 5 hours to charge, then 2 hour to drain the battery.
-It will turn off when it reaches 14~8%(usually when the battery meter turns yellow it turns off)
As of today it's starting to..
-Won't charge unless battery is pulled and put back in.
-I turn it on while it's on charger, it will just turn off and I have to pull battery again.

Sounds like the battery is toast. You can get a replacement battery on fleabay for cheap.

Got the battery, Put it in, it worked fine.but when I plugged it in it wouldn't charge. I have it on the charger now but the LED is just flashing since it just died.
