Dropbox Download Link Not Working

I want to know the download link of Dropbox (www.dropbox.com) doesn't work outside the browser where the file is downloaded.

For example if I try to download the file from the following link...

https/www.dropbox.com/s/h5qnb7q7a8r9fjh/TVRHybrid_Setup_V4.7.6.exe?dl=0?rnd=0.6642774691419238

The file is downloaded in the Chrome browser and the download link becomes...

https/dl.dropboxusercontent.com/content_link/dos169Ynz46jfsJHNIE690hxyREzexBLbCC1wAZROj7o90t0P579LmFvmBOHc1ML/file?dl=1

But when I try to use the above link in any other browser then the file doesn't get downloaded and that download link breaks.

Please tell me why this happens?
