Anyone else having problems with their Brother Printer, Epson Printer, or other device uploading documents into their Dropbox account as of May 1, 2024?
This started May 1st. Reached out to Dropbox and their answer was not our problem. There is clearly an integration issue going on, and the fact multiple hardware partners are encountering the same issue with only one document management solution makes me think Dropbox is the issue not the hardware providers.
The MS OneDrive connection still works fine. Discussion taking place on Dropbox forum:
Trying to increase awareness so the right people in the companies become aware and will work on solution. The Level 1 support for all companies are not taking any ownership of resolving the integration issue.
