Dropped Toshiba laptop barely running.

As the titles says, I dropped my laptop and I'm having problems.

I held down F2 and did a default start and entered safe mode. I was able to get to the main start screen, ran msconfig and did a minimal boot. That did not seem to work. I have Windows 8 and my laptop is not making any unusual noises. I have not been able to use my lap top for anything and I've posted this from my phone. Any tips?

maybe try connecting your hdd with an external casing and try to copy the data,
i guess there can be some problem with your hdd or RAM, but to be sure just save your data

To be exact I keep getting error code 0xc0000185.

try removing the battery and fix it back
try to do a system restore, go to BIOS and restore defaults
