Dsiable family features in windows 10 without admin powers?

Im really mad, I mean I can't download any software of any type, and its really annoying. I have Windows 10 x64 and a Desktop PC. I don't have admin powers but it's really annoying and my mom won't fix it, smh. I need all the help I can get, Thanks.
