DVD Cloneing

I copied some old home video's from VHS to DVD with a Toshiba DVD Player/Recorder and now I want to make some extra copies without having to go though the whole process of converting them again. I tried to do it with InfraRecorder but it did not work. Anyone know of any freeware that will do what I need?

make disc image first,then select burn disc image
img burn is free!
