Dvd not recognized

I Have corelDraw original program disk. It is labeled DVD and my laptop give a "no disk in drive" message. It worked up till a few weeks ago but now I can't load it. Can you help. Other disks load fine. Also it loads to my DVD player but obviously I can do nothing with it, but it proves it is not empty.

check dvd for scratch or something else,you could also try to make a iso of it

You could check this DVD on another computer. If detected, make a copy.
