DWM.exe has stopped working, (on startup)

Hi well the title says it all. Basically I just reinstalled Windows 7, installed Chipsets, Audio Drivers, Graphic card driver, Sata Drivers and like most of the things. But there is one thing happening here : Whenever I start my computer It always says "DWM.exe has stopped working" refering to AERO mode I believe well I checked and see if I could enable it from the "personalize" option and I have yet to find a fix. I looked through the web aswell
