DX II vs DX VR II

Hi there, I am newbie in the DSLR world and i am about to buying a Nikon D5200, but, there are 2 versions in that shop:

Nikon D5200 + AF-S 18-55 DX II
&
Nikon D5200 + AF-S 18-55 DX VR II

Whats the difference between DX II & DX VR II ?

Price between these two is negligible (1€)

The VR version is stabilized. It is also a little better optically.
VR is a Nikon acronym for Vibration Reduction.
