DxDiag showing wrong memory

My DxDiag is showing that my Geforce 820M 1GB has Approx.Total Memory of 2 GB want to know if my card actually has 2 GB or just DxDiag being a reading my card wrong

It's most likely including shared system memory that's being used for graphics as well as the actual GPU memory.
