I'm a bit confused and will offer two answers. Hopefully one is what you are looking for.

If you are looking for a computer application to do the above.. I would strongly suggest Microsoft Outlook. Without a doubt it is the leader, and most if not all businesses use it.

If you are looking for an internet based email supplier... Try gmail, hotmail, etc...
