Earforce Xo One headset on PC

Hello,

I have the Earforce XO one turtlebeach headset that's for xbox one but I am trying to use it on my computer and the microphone isn't working what can I do to get it to work I am using this splitter/adapter thing and nothing. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PGBV4NU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I was able to fix this. I think it had to do with Microsoft downloading an audio driver that was incompatible with my motherboard just had to redownload my computers chipset and audio.
