Earphone volume suddenly low

Hi!
I recently bought in-ear earphones, Samsung IG935 to be exact. They were working okay until yesterday. I took them out, went to eat something, came back and poof, volume suddenly became low. The problem persists on my PC (normally I would have the volume set to around 45, now they're too silent even on 100) and on my phone (same situation, I normally listened to music at 9 and in this moment I'm listening at 13 and the volume is low). Any idea what could've caused it? As I said, it happened suddenly.

Did you connect it tightly into the PC?

Whats happening while you press the "+" or the "-" on the earphones "remote"-control?

I made sure it's connected tightly, both with PC and with the phone. Nothing happens when I press the buttons on PC but I don't think that's the problem, I had other Samsung earphones before and the buttons didn't work on PC either.

edit: it seems to be working fine now, it's funny since I didn't do literally anything with my earphones
