Earphones cannot be detected

Hello, my problem is that when i plug in my earphones into any device it never shows up anything connected. When i play some music the music is playing in my earphones but on my phone speaker too. I fixed it by downloading soundabout but now the earphones plays music shitty. It sounds like only the background beat but i cant hear the lyrics or sometimes not even the music. When i connect them in windows it doesnt show i have something connected but when i click on test device it will play any sound clearly... Any help ?
