ehat is safe mode on my phone and how do i get rid of it

Phone got hacked fbi locked phone and wanted 500 sent via pay pal in three days or fine triples and then would start notifying people on my contacts witch was shown to me. I finally got past lockout but went straight to safe mode. Now cant figure out how to get out of safemode

Safe mode generally goes away once you restart your phone.

Thanks titillating but question is about safe mode i figured since swatt didnt come by to siese phone and wanted money for a fine for an offense that didnt happen it was bs.restarted phone tried everything and every setting i can find,no luck still in safe mode
