emerson digital camer pc driver

i have a emerson hd digital video camera model EVC125HD I looked all over the internet even on the emerson site and there was nothing about the camera not even a manual or anything i dont want to go out and buy a new one and i dont have the box to return it does anyone have the driver/s for it or anything ?

It is handheld yes it has a. Port for 2.5jack to av and I use that with my capture cad I plug it in to my pc with USB my pc beeps saying it's detected but nothing happes I looked at my device manager and it says no driver detected I try to up date but it just searchs for updates for ever
