Enabling dual boot xp and win7

Hello,
I already have win7 on one partition E: I have just installed win xp on C: only to realise that boot loader can only detect win xp even when I go to the system properties/advanced/startup and recovery settings, the only option available is xp. This means that I cannot enable the boot option for my win7 because I cannot manually edit the startup option which is written thus;
