Endless Loading Laptop

Hello, so i fixed my windows 7 installation and now i have another problem. When i try to turn on my laptop it starts loading windows and its loading like 7 minutes. When it loads i log in to my desktop and then my icons are loading FOREVER like really forever and i cant do anything. I tried to repair windows from bootable usb but it loading too. And tried to reinstall the windows with the bootable usb its loading too. So I cant do really anything. Please Help me !!.

What is happening is often a sign of a failing hard drive. Since re-installing the OS did not seem to work on the current drive, try a new hard drive.
