hi, ihave 3020 epson projector. the start light is continuasly blinking , i replaced lamp but it is still blinking, any idea?

You mean the Power light - - - it doesn't have a start light -

Why didn't you refer to the User Guide? It's covered in there, page 77

the power button is on, power light flashes blue some minutes. than the ventilation increase speed, temperature and lamp light flashes and the projector is turning down, when the projector on the light coming from the lamp is very poor.

does make sense. there are any place I can see how to replace the ballast board in 3020 powerlite Epson projector? where to find the part no.?

I suspect you will have to contact Epson directly to see if there is a replacement board available. It might not be a separate assembly.

looks like I am going to dismantle the projector and take a look inside, there are any plans available for this projector?

Search on Google or (as you've already been advised) contact Epson.

hello, i dismantled the projector and took out the ballast board, its "Epson H421BLM"
How do I know if it is the problem? there is any way to test this board?

Hello, I think I have the same problem!
My projector power on and after some seconds, both "Lamp and Temperature" light starts to blink in red.
