ERP Application

Anyone know of a good source for ERP application examples i can review? Even a name of some ERP application would be fun.

My professor wants us to review an actual example of the application. But i wouldn't know an ERP example if it smacked me in the head. Is an ERP example a website or a software package deal you buy from a vendor?

ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Multiple modules that can be bought into one software package to basicly unify the companies functions. Fun wow =/
