Error 404 on 10 Mobile Budget and Expense Apps

Why can't I see the one forum posting site:

Other forum postings are working.

I get this message:

because the link is wrong, it can't have both www.tomshardware.co.uk and www.tomsguide.com

should be just tomsguide
http/www.tomsguide.com/us/pictures-story/548-best-budget-expense-apps.html

And why is it wrong on my system? Or the link is correct and you get automatically redirect? Maybe this is the problem. I have some security addons installed.

The other page is a .com site and the forum is .co.uk. So, it must be a simple fast redirect that caused the problem on my system. So thank you for the tip, I did copied the link, but didn't looked at the content. So, whenever I see such a link, I know what to do. Thank you.

Look like is not u. I'm getting that too. The only thing I could think of is because the forum exist in tomsguide and the redirect mess up
