Question error code : 0cx0000225

Hello,
I introduce myself... I use this forum, hoping to resolve my problem.

I have a tablet NextBook Flexx8, windows 10 (model NO NXA8QC116B).
I encountered this case, when I start the device, after a moment, I have a blue screen with this error code = 0cx0000225.

Several restart don't resolve the case.

How to repair the file broken?

Another option is to run DISM and SFC to see if those will repair Windows.
