Please help I have repeating restart my lap top (sony vaio) but still have this Error: unable to start bluetooth stack service.

Can someone help me? What is the problem and how to solve this problem. at the same time i cannot update my window 7.

have you uninstalled the drivers for it and tried reinstalling them from your laptop manufactures website? if its rebooting in a loop, try using safe mode and uninstall the drivers there.
