esxi vSphere Hypervisor for optiplex 3010

does anyone know how i can install vmware esxi vSphere Hypervisor on a optiplex 3010. i keep getting the error: "No Network Adapters"

No network adapters were detected. Either no network adapter are physically connected to the system, or a suitable driver could not be located. A third party driver may be required.

Ensure that there is at least one network adapter physically connected to the system before attempting installation. If the problem persists, consult the VMware Knowledge base.

vSphere is server-level product. OptiPlex is Dell' consumer and business desktop. YOur vSphere must have drivers for your hardware. I can't find a list of supported NICs at Reuirements page, but I am sure you can.

is there a way to get it on it. i want to put it on the 3010 to learn it better and mess around with it cause we had to put it on a server recently and haven't really got a chance to mess around with the program

Go to vSphere product page, and read Hardware Requirements. If there is no support for that NIC in your computer, you need a supported hardware. You cannot put a jet engine on your Corolla.
