No disrespect, but I doubt it. better off getting wireless adapter or usb ethernet adapter if you don't have wireless router.

I agree with reedo_43. If you're asking this question, then you probably don't have the tools/knowledge to do this. It is possible but you're better off getting a USB ethernet dongle or wifi adapter.
