every time i hit the R key it inputs as ER what can i do?

im trying to open the keyboard case itself but i dont know how to

Watch the latter half of the video when the person reassembles the keyboard. There looks to be about 15 screws in the back of the keyboard. They are probably hiding underneath rubber feet, plastic covers, etc.
