Every Video Editing Program Crashes

Hey guys i'm trying to get my YouTube channel up and going again and no matter what program I use, either during import and shortly after import do my Software's crash and so does the file explorer. I have tried Adobe Premier Pro, Vegas Pro, 13,14,15, and nothing is working. No matter what I do I cannot get them to work and I need to upload a video soon.

Well download DDU, go to safe mode https/www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10 (shift+restart mode).
Follow it, choose clean with restart.
After download your GPU model for example 1060 choose 1060 windows 10 and 32/64bit and install.

I have an i7-4800MQ 2.7GHz, GeForce 765m, 16GB ram. Not sure if that's all ya need but those are the major components.

If file explorer crashes during export that means either windows error or program compability.
Have you tried reinstalling GPU drivers?
Did you try Davicni resolve?
Which yt channel is yours im interested

The file explorer actually crashes during import for NVENC encoded videos. Yes i've tried Danvinci Resolve and no I have not tried reinstalling drivers.
