Exam in Excel, questions about the file..

Hello everyone,
I have an excel exam in a matter of days. I know how most of excel works so I don't think that the exam will be hard at all.

My question is though, we can already now download our exam from moodle. Thing is, it is password protected. I know that it's fairly easy to crack the password for excel files. My teacher however tells me that if someone cracks the password some kind of log program will automatically log my attempts and send it to my teacher where a red light gets turned on.

My question to you is, do you really think she or her "very intelligent" husband has implemented such a thing and included it into the small downloadable excel file?

I doubt anyone would answer this as you are basically trying to cheat on the exam. And you should let your teacher know that 1. Don't post anything online and expect it to stay safe (see DVD crack, iPhone jailbreaking, etc...) 2. If you do post it online, don't give our your students the link to it before the exam.
