I have an Acer Aspire 5830TG laptop, Windows 7, 64 bit. It is three years old and I haven't faced any major issues.
For the past few days, I am experiencing BSOD issues frequently. I downloaded "Blue screen viewer" software and the crash address is always ntoskrnl.exe+6f840 (caused by different drivers-see pic http

I ran a memtest86 for both my RAM sticks which dint show any errors after 5 passes. I tried trail and error where I ran my laptop only with one ram stick (2GB). There has been no BSOD for 24hrs even with heavy usage.
I wanted to know if this issue will be resolved if I replace my RAM? I have formatted my system to be sure that no virus is causing this problem.
I would be really happy if someone can address this problem and if I have to take my laptop to an Acer service centre, what should I tell them the problem is?
