Experiencing BSOD with crash address ntoskrnl.exe+6f840

I have an Acer Aspire 5830TG laptop, Windows 7, 64 bit. It is three years old and I haven't faced any major issues.
For the past few days, I am experiencing BSOD issues frequently. I downloaded "Blue screen viewer" software and the crash address is always ntoskrnl.exe+6f840 (caused by different drivers-see pic http/imgur.com/KUnZwD3). This problem has not exactly occurred if I run it in Safe mode. I read some previous threads here which say that the problem may be due to a bad RAM. Is this true in my case too?
I ran a memtest86 for both my RAM sticks which dint show any errors after 5 passes. I tried trail and error where I ran my laptop only with one ram stick (2GB). There has been no BSOD for 24hrs even with heavy usage.
I wanted to know if this issue will be resolved if I replace my RAM? I have formatted my system to be sure that no virus is causing this problem.
I would be really happy if someone can address this problem and if I have to take my laptop to an Acer service centre, what should I tell them the problem is?

Hi,

Before you go ahead and change the RAM do swap them first from their respective slots. If the same problem persist after swapping their places that's the time you'll need to change the RAM. But also do try to update your other drivers like the graphics card.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall your graphics card driver
- Uninstall NVIDIA graphics as well from Programs and Features.
- Download and install the graphics driver from NVIDIA support site

- Reboot the laptop.
